Procedure:

You will be given a F.R.I.N. (Fund Raiser Identification Number) so that those who are ordering a calendar can reference this number so that your organization may receive credit for the purchase.

We provide your school with enough Fund Raising packets for each student. A fund raising packet will consist of the following items:
a) Order Form – For those who are NOT placing an order online and are providing developed pictures.
b) Tracking Sheet – A log sheet so that the students can keep track of the orders that they took.
c) Promotion Sheets – Each sponsor ordering a calendar receives a sheet explaining the fund raiser and how to easily place a calendar order online (if desired).
d) Payment Envelope – An envelope for the student to enclose payment from the sponsors.

Fund Raising Packet Information

	Number of Calendars required to be sold per student (if applicable)
	Number of Fund Raising Packets Needed.
	Fund Raiser Begin Date (mm-dd-yy)
	Fund Raiser End Date (mm-dd-yy)

The fund raiser cannot begin before October 15, 2007 or after November 9, 2007.

The fund raiser must end on or before December 7, 2007.
The calendars will be delivered to your school either December 18, 19 and no later than December 20, 2007.

Your actual delivery date will be given to you on December 14th.

Your refund check will be mailed to your school on January 2, 2008.
